BC Housing Management Commission – Valemount Affordable Housing & Daycare

The project has total area of 18,625ft² and will be 3-storey building with a daycare on the ground floor and affordable residential units on the second and third levels. In addition to the daycare use on the ground floor, there will be a common lobby for the residents and some small offices. There will be a combined common laundry room and amenity spaced located on the second floor. Given the daycare use, ample outdoor play space will be required. There are approximately 14 surface parking stalls on the site. There are 14 residential units split evenly between the second and third level with a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom each.
