BC Hydro – Kalum Substation Control Building

Fabrication, supply, delivery and installation of pre-engineered steel structure control building with insulated standing seem metal roof and insulated metal wall cladding with liner system. Work included all mechanical, plumbing, fire detection and alarm, building power and distribution, heating and lighting control systems.  Interior fit out included raised access floor over majority of building footprint and interior architectural finishes. Earthworks and foundations were completed by BC Hydro. Work constructed within live substation.
