A single lane roundabout and associated infrastructure including all removals of existing infrastructure, earthworks, connect to & extend 45m of 300mm watermain including fire hydrant, supply & install 100m of storm sewer main including all leads, manholes, recharge chambers and catch basins, supply & install of 10 type C lamp bases including 340m of 50mm conduit and all junction boxes, adjustment of existing BC Hydro, Fortis and Tel/Com, Supply & install 750m concrete curb & gutter, 1300m² of concrete sidewalks, 500m² center island decorative rock & mortar, supply & install 2500m² HMAC paving including milling, 1000m² parking lot, supply & place street signs and pavement markings, landscaping.
