District of Chetwynd – Wastewater Lagoon Upgrade

Construction, commissioning and startup of the Upgraded Wastewater Lagoon.  Work includes the construction of a concrete tank including internal components and connections, a concrete distribution manhole, a blower building, a standby electric generator, underground piping and appurtenances for process wastewater and aeration air, lagoon and tank floating aeration systems with submerged diffusers for 4 tanks/lagoons, impermeable curtains for tank 3 and for polishing cell 8, floating hexagonal cover for a portion of polishing cell 8, a temporary bypass pipeline to allow flow bypass during construction including all required road crossings for heavy traffic, and required site grading and civil works.
