BC Hydro – Fort St. John Control Building Expansion

Expansion to existing Control Building located in Fort St. John substation.  Load bearing masonry structure with SBS roof.  Interior fit-out included access flooring, building mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression, building power, distribution and fire alarm. MCC and Substation Control panels by BC Hydro.  Foundation installed by others. Work constructed within live substation.
