Aquilini Construction – Lax K’walaams Teacherage Duplexes

This project is located in the remote First Nations village of Lax K’walaams, accessible only by water. Lax K’walaams is located in British Columbia’s Pacific Northwest approximately 45 minutes Northwest of Prince Rupert via water taxi.

Construct Two (2) residential duplexes to the lock up stage, to house teaching staff. IDL successfully executed this remote build by prefabricating most of the building on the mainland and scheduling delivery times, utilizing optimum tides to barge materials to site.
