Naramata Benchland Properties – Naramata Vista Pre-Grading & Utilities

Construction of a new 42-lot subdivision in Naramata, BC.

Scope 1 – Pre-Grading. Consisting of:

• Bulk earthmoving of approximately 590,000m³ of earth
• On-site crushing and processing of 35,000m³ of road base and pipe bedding aggregates

Scope 2 – Utility Service Installation. Consisting of:

• Steep off-site watermain construction to existing water reservoir through a narrow corridor
• Total pipe installation of approximately 7,000 linear metres
• Shallow utility installation of approximately 2,000 linear metres
• Road gravel approximately 11,00m³
