AutoCanada – Northland Dodge Dealership

Construction Management project of a 63,000ft² new car dealership. Two story conventional steel structure. Building envelope consists of sbs roofing, insulated precast concrete panels, curtain wall glazing and composite metal cladding. Maintenance shop (21,000ft²) consists of 15 reg. vehicle bays, 5 HD bays, and 4 detail bays. Service area (12,000ft²) consists of a 2 lane service drive through, 2 lane express lube bay and car wash. Showroom and Parts Storage (30,000ft²) consists of a 2 story structure where the 2^nd floor is roof supported from the roof trusses to eliminate columns in the showroom.
