AutoCanada – Northland Nissan Dealership Renovation

Construction Management project including the renovation of the existing 19,500 ft² structure and the construction of new 5,000 ft² showroom. New construction includes a conventional steel structure with a building envelope consisting of sbs roofing, curtain wall glazing and composite metal cladding. Renovation to the existing includes providing a sprinkler system to the building, increasing the water service to the building and new finishes throughout. Maintenance shop (7,000 ft²) consists of new services hoists and equipment including 9 reg. vehicle bays, 1 alignment bay and 2 detail bays. Service area (1,350 ft²) consists of a 2 lane service drive through and a new service reception and customer lounge.
