Coast Mountain College – Trades Building Renovation

A phased renovations and addition to the colleges trades shop and classroom facilities.  Complete modernization renovation, structural seismic upgrade and mechanical and electrical systems performance/energy efficiency upgrades.  The new Student Learning Centre addition included heavy timber structure of cross-laminated decking with glulam columns and beams and large curtain wall atrium.
