University of Northern British Columbia – Neyoh & Keyoh Residence Renovations

This project was the complete interior renovations of the two existing student residence buildings (170000ft2). Phase one was the Neyoh Building and phase was the Keyoh Building. All work was completed in two phases over two years with all work being complete during the universities summer break of May to August.  Each building is essentially identical 81 – 4 bedrooms suites and 10 -2 bedroom suites.
